Most of our orders are dispatched within 2 weeks. We will send you an email after you've sent us your family tree data (after placing your order) with an ETA. You can also send us an email to see what the current wait time is.
If one side of your tree goes back seven generations and the other stops at the third generation, a traditional family tree can look very lopsided. Our tree designs are customised to hide any gaps by spreading the branches evenly.
No - we get your order professionally printed on archival paper for you to display in the way you choose.
